Our mission at POW! is to get you in shape while you are busy having fun. Bringing together the harmony of your body, mind, and spirit.

We have creative and fun classes for all experience levels. All our teachers are experienced and certified. We want you feeling better and stronger every time you walk out of our studio!

POW! features state of the art Pilates equipment including Reformers with Towers, Chairs, a Ladder Barrel, and Cadillac. We are the only local studio with Jacobs Ladder, the ultimate cardiovascular machine, that has been featured on the hit TV show, The Biggest Loser. POW! also offers a variety of Yoga classes and Massage.
